Grammar check for a sentence with a plural noun

Hi,

I recently read a hoarding that read, "navigating complexity for dynamic organisations". Is is okay to use complexity when talking of more than one organisation or should it be "complexities" instead?

I eagerly look forward to your response.

Many thanks.

It's fine. Furthermore it makes more sense to use the singular because "complexity" here refers to the complicated nature of a (dynamic) organization. Using the plural would suggest a set of complex, distinct features that are known to exist within an organization, company etc.
