Grammar Check Before Exam

I recently wrote to a teacher the following:

" A couple of questions I have regarding the presentation of the
answers during the exam.

  1. If asked to “ …base your answer using the Code of Ethics”, if
reference to the Code of Conduct applies, are you obligated to make reference
to the latter as well? Are marks taken away if you do make reference to the
Code of Conduct? Is it a good idea to add these references anyway to show that
    you have knowledge of them?

  2. If a question reads “ … Quantum Partnership is hiring
Environmental Consultants Brothers to design …” is it acceptable to write the
long names ones adding acronyms in parentheses e.g. “… Quantum Partnership (QP)
signed a contract with Environmental Consultants Brothers (ECB) …” and continue
throughout the answer to make reference to QP and ECB? If acceptable this can
definitely be a time saver. Would the examiner consider this impolite and mark
you down for not using the whole business name as stated in the question?
Much appreciate the work and dedication you put in developing
this great PPE study material. I hope I am not going to disappoint you! "

In response to my questions, I also received a warning to " ... watch my grammar". Is it that bad? Can somebody please correct me and advise if I should take some grammar courses?

Thanks,

Alin
