Grammar Check and Usage

Would you please verify if the following para needs any improvement? Are there any ambiguities or grammar mistakes? (Here, EMS is name of a software application;UI-->User Interface;'Enrollment Advisor' is one of the modules of EMS)

We made changes in one of the modules of EMS -- Enrollment Advisor --on 12/23/2005. The changes are mostly of UI changes in order to improve the Look-and-Feel of the system. In the future, we will notify you any EMS related changes in advance. Besides, if needed, we are ready to train one of your trainers in the area of recent changes in EMS.
