Grammar check and help please

Hi There,

Can you teach me if these sentences are natural and correct English, please?

The words strain and restrain.


I feel strained to do that job. (I really don’t want to do it)

As a student I have to restrain my life. (Study hard, no playing around until graduate)

As a Police I have to restrain my power, don’t abuse it.

As a movie star I have to restrain my diet, I can’t get fat.

I am a very strained person.

I feel restrained in my life hence I am not so happy. (My parents restrict me a lot)

Do I need to add comma? after bracket (-----).
