Grammar check

Can anyone tell me if there are any grammatical errors?

The possible recommendation for this research is to implement a rule that can make the students dispose their waste properly such as: fining someone who doesnt throw his/her trash ibto the right bin, incuring a punishment to those who fail to follow the said rules and etc./data/user/0/com.samsung.android.app.notes/files/share/clipdata_190328_192016_505.sdoc->

There are grammatical errors. There are other problems too. I'll start with the expression, "to dispose of ( something) " and then perhaps someone else can offer you further help.

E.g. "...students dispose of their waste properly..."
