Grammar check

Hi teachers, I need your help

Lord, thank you for all the gifts you have given me, you never got tired of guiding me towards the right path, even though we rarely pray or thank you. I praise you o lord to the depths of my heart, I also apologize for all the mistakes I've done all throughout my entire life, continue guiding us everyday and never let the evil around me affect or ruin my bond with you. In jesus's name, amen.

Are there any grammatical errors on the prayer I made?
