Hi! Please help me if this sentence has any grammar problems
". I'm believe that teachers should be paid equally, independent of how much their students learn. If we want to set a difference between them according to how much their students learn in their classes, we can give them prize when they do their work as best as they can. This prize will promote them even pay them a similar salary as the others. "
