hi could anybody check this for me please This project focuses on the role of the users’ participation in higher performance of the building, regarding the level of comfort and energy use. The aim is to achieve the “best fitting” convention instead of a “technology optimized” visual comfort by engaging conscious and unconscious behaviors of the occupants, an active behavior that can lead to a better performance of the building. The main hypothesis is that the best-fitting condition provided by the active user would lead to an optimization in energy consumption in the building. It is not about engaging computer science and artificial intelligence to provide the most efficient use of energy and the best environmental comfort; it is about trusting the human’s gut in order to find the best- fitting environmental condition. This study will include a new definition of building envelope, which is no longer, a passive, static set of entities, but a flexible dynamic skin, which would allow new types of interaction between the occupants and outside environmental conditions in every related term. It’s where the occupants have a wider relationship with the environment around them and have direct and indirect control of the surrounding environmental conditions through parts of the building’s envelope that can sense, adjust, assimilate and respond.
