Could someone please explain to me whether it is possible to write the following?

"Consequently, just as with the independent variables, GDP will be expressed in per capita terms."

I'm not sure if the 'just as with the independent variables' is ok.

Now I'm describing my dependent variable (GDP) which is also in per capita terms.
