The ominous bell sounded in the eerie, and foggy October night. Used as a clock for the late night Squibs and sounded every hour of every night to mark the passing of an hour. The rusty, green tinged bell, some many years ago; needed a bellman to ring it; however, recent advances made this process irrelevant and no longer required for a bellman to ring the bell of Ancients.
The galloping of horses passing through could be heard at the peak of night. Everyone in the village of Albion was fast and sound asleep. Inside that village lay a house; home to a teenage girl named Delia Granger.
Delia was an odd and shy girl who never ventured too far nor ever tried. It’s not that she wasn't interested or unfit to seek adventure. It’s just because, in the past, for two dreadfully weeks she cried.
She wept all them melancholy night’s because the local courier had informed her mother Lillian and her children that her husband and their father was never seen again after the battle of Magi Creek. Due to this she was afraid; but she wasn't afraid of never seeing him again; because she knew in her heart he was still out there somewhere, alive and in a good condition during his travel back home. The real reason she was afraid was because she was afraid of the prospect of her never returning and she knew her family needed her at that grave time.

Without their father Leo in the house; it would be foolish for them to continue without the extra income.
