Hi,

We don't have the pre-made/ready-made copies of the requested document. We made one, printed and distributed to all the departments.

Sorry, I see now that my question was quite poorly phrased. Obviously you can create multiple copies of a document and distribute it to all departments. However, "We made one" sounds as if you created a single copy of the document. This is what I don'

I just mean "I created the form in ms word and printed as many copies I need".
