Grammar check

Hi all, first post Emotion: smile

Grammar is not my strong point, so hoping that one of you good folks could suggest changes, if needs be:

Dear Neil,

I write in response to your letter dated 29th March 2012.

It is my opinion that that no meaningful investigation can be conducted without the support and engagement of the complainant.

As my medical condition prohibits such engagement at this time, I request that any investigation, informal or otherwise, is not progressed.

Please be aware that, if and when my health improves, I may desire an investigation at a later time.

Any improvement will be determined by my doctor.

Hi, my friend.

I should have put some context.

It is to work and Neil is my manager. He wants to have an investigation but I don't think I can do it.

Fine, and I see no reason to change what I have given you: it remains appropriate.
