There are no such things as stupid questions, only stupid answers.

Is this sentence correct grammatically? I feel that 'only stupid answers' is lacking a subject.

When did you start doing your work?

I feel like dancing. ? (Can you 'feel' an action?)

He strives to meet the (high?) qualifications of medical school.

He strives to meet the (high?) qualifications of becoming a doctor.

It rained over me. (what's the meaning?)
