Grammar check

Frankly speaking, I never thought of writing stories or novels, not even in my dreams. However, some five years back just out of whims I wrote a ghost story.

I mailed the story to Sri Sandip Ray, the Editor of Sandesh magazine and famous film director. He published it the under the illustration of renowned painter Sri Subrata Gangapadhyay.

The story was such a success that Sri Ray personally expressed his congratulations. He had also invited me to write a novel for the annual edition of the same magazine. Ever since, I have regularly contributed stories and novels for the Sandesh magazine.

Apart from that, I keep writing in all the leading magazines of Bengal, such as Anandamela, Unish-Kuri, Shuktara, Kishore Bharati, Nabokollol, Sambad Protidin, Rong-Berong, Jhalapala, etc.

My first story published in the magazine Anadamela was already made into a drama by famous Nandikar Group of Calcutta.

In the last five years I have written seven novels and more than seventy stories, all are published in the leading magazines of Bengal.
