Grammar check

How to say these? Pls check my grammar:

1. She needs to practice more in her English.

2. I need to take a bath now.

3. The chicken is not cook well enough. ( I want to say the chicken is a bit rare, need to cook more)

4. The taste of the soup is a bit flat. ( I want to say the soup is not have enough salt. The taste is plain)

5. She is very well in cooking / She is good at cooking

6. She is a nervous person. She worries things always.

7. I love to take care of my kids. / I love taking care of my kids.

8. What kind / kinds of food is good a pregnancy woman?

9. She loves curling her legs when she sleeps.

10. I didn't sleep well last night. I can't get into sleep fast these days.

11. My car got two flat tires today. Two big nails just stabbed into them. I need to find a garage to fix them up. The technian told me that I don't need to change a new tires, but just to pump in air and fix the holes.
