I agree with Warren Bennis's idea of a good leader. We have the same opinion about what makes a good leader. Mr Bennis thinks that good leader makes people around him feel like they are at the heart of things, like they are important. It is a great thing to do, because then people respect you. It is hard to manage, but if, for example you, give everything you can to make it real, you'll succeed not only in your business but even in your whole life. The people will worship you and make you even bigger and greater than you think you are. You will feel better, and that will make you a better man. It won't affect only on your personality but also on the feelings and emotions of other people. This kind of atmosphere will also effect on the entire company you all work in. Your business will be reflection of the positive feelings in the company and it will make your work more pleasant and prolific.
