Grammar chech necessary!

Insurance limit – amount of money or number of health services and visits stipulated by the Insurance program which provides grounds for covering expenses for health care and other services of the Insured person, upon the occurrence of the Insurance case, in accordance with the regulations of Insurance program.

are there any mistakes in this sentence? any corrections necessary?
