grammar book with answers and explnations

I am new to this forum and am looking for good grammar book. Wanted to get good fundas before I start the actual GMAT preperation.

Can you please suggest a good book, which has grammar concepts, some excercises, and answer explanations?

I looked at the Azar betty books. I cound't find answers and explanations. Also it seems to have no concepts; only excercises. Anybody knows where can I find these.
