Hello,
Someone ask me what is my best attribute and I could not find words to say my statement in a complete thought. I just said, "I am caring." It is a serious problem that I cannot fix because I want to be able to write or speak complete thoughts.

An attribute would be any positive characteristics developed in one's personality. So "I am caring, loyal, hardworking....etc" would be fine.
But with indirect question, the imbedded question is always inverted. So it should read: Someone ask
