Grammar assistance.
Hi all,
I would really appreciate it if someone could provide comments on the statements below:
In my class most students use e-mail. OR is it also correct to state, In my class the most students use e-mail? ( 2 def adj)
I think these flowers would grow better if you "had given" OR "gave" them some water. (past tense, therefore are both correct statements)
He is not as clever AS or LIKE he thinks, or can both be used. (Like is also a adj, therefore may also be used in this context?)
I believe that all of the above methods are actually correct English, however would like to hear other comments.
