Grammar. Are the sentences correct?

Hi, I´m not sure if I wrote a good story: I was having lunch yesterday afternoon when suddenly I met a friend of my childhood. Fortunately we exchanged phone to be in communication. We share the lunch time it wa delicious. It was a pretty good time recalling stories. Thank you for help!
