Grammar: Are both of these sentences grammatically correct?

Hi guys, I'm new here and I'm seeking to improve my grammar. So, here goes:

"The curry was nice but it wasn't as spicy as I would like it to be."

"The curry was nice but it wasn't as spicy as I would've liked it to be."

Thanks!

Thanks for replying! So does this mean I could use these 2 interchangeably and they would still mean the same thing?
