Grammar and writing style, please help =)

My writing is not great and would love to listern more advice from you lot to improve myself. Please check the following example for more details



It sounds good for me to have a chat with you this Thursday at 3:30. What kinds of question would you ask me on that day? It would have been good if I have prepared it beforehand. This is the number you can reach me on that day:

It would have been good if I have prepared it beforehand- I have learnt it a long time ago from a grammar book. In the book writing in a past present tense is one of formal writing style. Is it right? If not, please explain to me.
