Grammar and wording: '...the challenge that/with/of...'

Which of these sentences are grammatically correct?

  1. Her boss wasn't happy with the work that was produced, recognising the challenge that comes with working with this particular client.
  2. They weren't happy with the work that was produced, recognising the challenge of working with this particular client.
  3. They weren't happy with the work that was produced, recognising the challenge with working with this particular client.
