·I found that I had lost my watch.
·She suggested that she had gone there alone.
·He insisted that he had gone to the meeting.
In the above four sentences, do you think the 'wrote',‘lost’, ‘went’, ‘went’, instead of 'had written',‘had lost’,‘had gone’,‘had gone’ are grammatically correct respectively?
Q2) What’s the difference between help and help out?
