If I may also ask you to give this paragraph a glimpse:
My classroom is a place where the focus is placed upon the student. Whether it’s a Greek language class, a literature class or a history class, it is my objective to create an environment where my students actively engage with what is being taught, where the individuality of both the students and the teacher shape and re-shape the form of class content. Perhaps the use of passive voice here is not the most fortunate choice since the process of learning is more of an active exchange of thoughts and ideas, between the teacher and the students. What always has to be taken into consideration is students' needs and expectations. I like to think that a healthy mixture of management and leadership skills mixed with a student-centered approach is the key to success.
