Grammar and setence structure

Hello, I've recently bought phone screen that doesn't work and is unfit for my phone. I wrote this to the guy who sold it to me:

Hello. I'm writing to you in regards to the screen that I purchased. The product does not work, what you can see on the video I included.
Also, some of the elements differ from those in the original product, what you can see on photos I enclosed. I would like a refund in the amount of screen purchase price, or you to send me the new one.

Now, it is supposed to be a note to the seller, not a letter of complaint. Is it to official or too long?
