Grammar and Punctuation

Hi! Is this grammar ok? Thanks, Fulvio
A: Are these your photos?
B: Yes, they are.
A: May, I look at them?
B: OK.

Do I need to put a comma for these?
1. May I open the window?
2. May I go out?

Everything is fine except the comma after May, which I have removed. Unless B's first name is May, there should not be a comma there.
