addyaddy All the best to you too, SamIs this sentence correct?
Well, it is not a sentence because there is no verb.
Since it isn't a sentence, it can't be a correct sentence either.

This is a sentence with an understood verb. all the best to you Sam.

Besides having no verb, it has no subject, either, and it does not begin with a capital letter.

It may be proper phrase for a closing on a letter, along with "Faithfully yours," "Regards," "Sincerely," and so forth, but do not call it a sentence.

Yes, the sentence is fine.

My post did not appear correctly. It should have said (I wish) all the best to you Sam. (I wish) is understood in this context. Yes it needs a capital letter. The capital letter was missing due to the (I wish) being left off my post. I put it in square brackets, which I think caused it to get dropped.
