GRAMMAR & PUNCTUATION CHECK

Hello Teachers,

Would you please check the grammar and punctuation mistakes in the following paras?

Human Resource Management Audit is a process to evaluate whether the HR functions are aligned with business strategy or vision of a company and to suggest the improvements in HRM practices. If I were to conduct a full audit on HR functions, I would focus on following perspectives.

(1) Analyze voluntary employee turnover, absenteeism, and overtime, so that unnecessary costs involved in hiring and training of new employees can be avoided.

(2) Identify the skill levels of employees in order to make sure right people are doing the right jobs. In addition, identify the inefficiencies in performing jobs relative to HR standards and norms.

(3) Analyze the performance evaluation methods and criteria used by the company. If performance evaluation criteria are too rigid, the employee morale will be low, and, on the other hand, if the evaluation criteria are too easy to meet, the company might end up losing money.

Hi,

It's too hard to read. You need to revise all this by starting each sentence with a capital letter and ending it with a period.

Please do that, and repost it, and we will then be able to offer you more comments. OK?

Best wishes, Clive
