Grammar advise pls?

Hi,

Could you advise to me these grammars, pls

I frequently use this blue bike. (It refers to every day, future as well)

I frequently used this blue bike. (It mainly refers to the past state)

I will install a headlight on this frequently used blue bike.

I will install a headlight on this frequently use blue bike. ( Can this grammatical I wonder?)

Basically these two machines work in the same principle / concept. (Which word is better here pls?)
