Grammar advise please?

Hi there,

Could you advise to me if I am using this word "lodge" correctly, please? especially No 3 and 4


1) My landlord lodged my bond to the agency.

2) I lodged a complain to the police about the noise from next door. (Same as filed a complain)

3) I lodged the newest number to my statistic/chart. (Maybe login, proper word here?)

4) The accountant lodged the number in the system. (Maybe login, proper word here?)
