1) I have been cautioned many times not to do it again. (Means warned) (Present perfect, passive voice)
I was cautioned yesterday don't do it again. (Means warned) (Past simple, passive)
2) I have been very cautious about my experiments since. (Means carful) (Present perfect, active)
I am always very cautious about my experiments. (Means carful) (Present simple, active)
