Grammar advice please?

Hi,

Could you please comment for me if my expression is correct in No 3 and 4?

1) I have repaired it. (Active)

2) I have it repaired. (Passive)

3) I will have you [ repair / repairing ] it. (Plain form, "repair" is a long process?)

4) I will have my mother [ clean / cleaning ] it. (Cleaning is a relevantly short process?)

Cheers
