Grammar advice please?

Hi there,

Could you please confirm that my usage of the word "adjacent" is grammatical correct, please?


My house is adjacent to your house. (Mean "near" and "close" but I guess "near" and "close" are far more popular wordings in English speaking countries)

This hotel is adjacent to the airport. (Near or close)

We both live in adjacent street. (Near or close)
