Could you please check my sentences for grammar mistakes?
The first two lines of your card, I mean your accusation of me abusing the system , left me stupefied. For a long minute, my mouth was gaping while my courage to continue reading your card waned rapidly. However, your card was the most pleasant surprise once I figured out who the mysterious Betty is.
