Are the following sentences natural?
1. He starts playing the guitar at 6:20pm.
2. He begins to swim at 9:20am.
3. I start to run this evening.
I think all are natural because they talk about a planned action or a regular action in which the doers of the actions always "start" or "begin" either "swimming", "running", or "playing" at those times.

They sound natural to me too. I'm just used to using the "ing" form after the verbs "Start" and "begins". -He begins swimming at 9:90 am.
