B. Why not come?

C. I suggest you come.

D. All of them

I think all of them are quite formal.

Joseph ACould you please tell me which one is quite formal?

It's hard to say. They all seem a little odd. The first one seems to be a mistake for "How about coming?" The second needs context. The third sounds like a threat. I don't see how formality enters into it.
