Hello everyone,

Could you please tell me if it is okay to use "to" after "disagree" as follows?

1. He disagreed to my suggestion.

2. He disagreed to help me.

Note/ As far as I know, "disagree" isn't followed by "to" whether a noun or a verb comes after "to". That means the above sentences are wrong, but I have found some sentences with "disagree to" in the following link. Could you please tell me if they are correct or not?

No. I've never heard that construction in my life. (agree to is OK, though.)

Some of the examples at the link are OK, for obvious reasons I think.
