I don't know how to use "lest should" in conversation , or maybe I am not sure how I can use that with correct sentence structure. Can anyone kindly help me by untangling the concept a little bit with examples?

Don't worry about that. Nobody uses "lest ... should" in conversation anymore these days. You would have to go back at least 100 years to hear that used very often in a conversation.

The following is from a court trial in 1819. It would be very strange to hear anyone talk
