Are the following sentences correct?

1.It is with great disappointment that I inform you that our bins have not yet been collected.

2.Unfortunately, although we have been calling the council to give us an update on the collection, but there has been no response from them.

3.We are receiving complaints from residents, but we keep telling them that we are dealing with the matter.

4.As previously advised, there are bin bags lying around the floor, and this is a health hazard to the residents in the development.

5.I do not understand why we have to chase the council for this service. The residents pay their council taxes so that their bins can be collected by the council.

6.I understand that your sub-contractors were on strike last week, but they have resumed duty, and we expect them to have collected our bins by now.

7.I am certain that it will not be done this week, and we are getting the blame for not doing enough to solve the problem.

8.We need you to come up with an alternative arrangement, otherwise we will have to instruct the residents to make official complaints to the council.
