1) Helping people who have disabilities , I work as an employment specialist.

2) I work as an employment specialist, helping people who have disabilities.



A) What does the first sentence mean ?

B) What does the second sentence mean?

C) Helping people who have disabilities is continuous tense in first sentence ?

D) are the both sentences same in meaning ?
