Could anyone help me with the use of "may" in the context of a past scenario -

" I may had differences with her regarding some issues when we were in college but everything is fine now." or

" I may have had differences with her regarding some issues when we were in college but everything is fine now."

- Is "may had" gramatically correct when describing past scenario?
