Hi teachers! can anyone help me out?

Somehow the efforts and affection you have given to someone has/have been part of their daily lives.

Which one is correct here?

I would say this: Somehow, the affection you have given and the efforts you have put in for someone have been part of their everyday life. It is have because it is a compound subject: affection and effort (But, I don't understand what you mean by "have been a part of their daily life")
