2 Whether criminal case be withdrawn or not, pending against all the Partners of M/s Golden Brown LLP, with the permission of the Trial court
3. Whether the assets belonged to M/s Golden Brown LLC be returned or not, to the company represented by three partners, upon the repayment of the settlement amount.
