To me, all of them are possible.

1. Mike couldn't go anywhere because he was sick. "Here, it implies that Mike was not able to go anywhere because he was sick."

2. Mike can't have gone anywhere because he was sick. "Here, it implies that the speaker is certain that Mike didn't go anywhere because he was sick."
