Hi,

1) When you have a notebook with a spiral binding that starts to unravel, could I say both of these?

"The coils are unravelling."

"The binding is uncoiling."

2) Can a car get worn out or would you use a different verb?

3) Would you say that you have an account payable (used in accounting) 'towards' your suppliers? I'm not sure about the preposition here.

4) I know that I can say 'my Biology teacher' but can I also say:

"We have Mr James for Biology."?

Thank you so much.
