1) bring to your attention that

I know that you can bring something to someone's attention. Would this work as well?

"I have to bring to your attention that we have made a few changes."

2) get miscommunicated

Can something (information) get miscommunicated? It does sound a bit strange, but I can't tell for sure.

"The exact date of our meeting got probably miscommunicated in the process."
