Grammar

1) Can you be bejewelled with rings or just bejewelled?

2)Let’s say that I was running some errands and I had to go to a lot of different places to have a document certified. If I then lost the document, could I say something like:

“Now I’ll have to go on the whole round again.” I’d like to use the word ‘round’ but I’m not sure how.

Hope you can help me.

  • I don't know about the British version of it, but in American English we would say Now I'll have to do it all over again.

Yes. "bejewelled with ..." is fine.

Ann225Now I’ll have to go on the whole round again.

That doesn't seem right to me. I don't know about the British version of it, but in American English we would say

Now I'll have to do it all over again.
