I have spoken to her meeting, but she says has a something to do in the morning.

Good, but I think you may have meant 'she', not 'he'.

No. You can't speak to a meeting. You have to speak to a person. This may be a typo.

You can have 'something', but not 'a something'.

Other than that, the rest of your sentence is OK.

I have nderlined some errors.
I have spoken to her meeting, but she says she has a something to do in the morning.

says and said are both ok.
